Psychotherapy is a structured interactional process which, based on clinical opinion, aims to treat a mental health disorder using psychological methods recognized by the scientific community. It is a personal process where the psychologist helps you to see more clearly, to explore and to act for change. At Neuroperforma, we favor cognitive-behavioral approaches of mindfulness, acceptance and commitment and brief solution-oriented therapy.

Depending on the people and the circumstances, difficulties manifest themselves in different spheres of life (psychological, existential, emotional, sexual, relational or social).
